Parent/Guardian Details: Name, email address, phone number and home address.
Baby’s Details: Name, age and any relevant health or medical history you provide.
Payment Information: Processed securely through our third-party provider, Square. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Pilot application data: All of our above data but for a pilot course.

Babys privacy and parental consent

As a parent or guardian, you provide information about your baby on their behalf and you consent on their behalf. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. How we collect your data

We collect data through the following methods:

Wix website: When you complete an online booking form on our website.
Square: When you process a payment for a course.

3. Why we need this information

We use the data collected to:

Manage your booking and communicate course details.
Ensure the safety of your baby during massage by being aware of medical backgrounds.
Comply with legal, safeguarding and insurance requirements.
To assess and notify applicants of the status for our pilot programme and to provide unsuccessful applicants with early bird discounts to fulfil their initial interest in our courses.

4. Who we share information with

We never sell your data. However, we use trusted providers to help run our business:

Wix: Hosts our website and stores booking submissions.
Square: Processes all financial transactions securely.
Professional authorities: Only if required by law or insurance purposes.
Google Workspace: We use Google Workspace to send our course notifications and any relevant discount offers if consented to.

5. How long we keep your data

To comply with legal and insurance policies, we keep your personal information for 7 years after your last class.
For our pilot course, if you were an unsuccessful applicant, your personal information will be kept for 6 months to manage waitlists and discounted offers, after which sensitive health data will be deleted unless a formal booking is made.

Request that we correct or delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
